This June, we're bringing the world of grain fed beef to life with an immersive experience like no other.
Hosted by the Australian Lot Feeders’ Association (ALFA) - the peak national body representing the Australian cattle feedlot industry - in collaboration with JBS Australia, Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA), and celebrity chef Adrian Richardson, Meet the Makers offers a behind-the-scenes look at the grain fed beef supply chain, from feedlot to plate. Designed to inform and inspire, this unique evening will showcase the people, passion, and process behind Australia’s premium grain fed beef.
The event will feature talks from key industry contributors, including a JBS-nominated lot feeder, and guests will enjoy a specially curated menu designed by Chef Adrian Richardson. It promises to be a memorable and educational experience for food enthusiasts, influencers, and industry professionals alike.
